Our policies are based on common sense and are simple and straight forward. If you have any questions, please let us know in advance of scheduling a transport and we will address your concerns.
Fixed Flat Rate™
Our Fixed Flat Rate™ quote includes a rate per mile, fuel, tolls, reasonable loading and unloading time. There are no additional charges for the time to complete the transport for delays caused by construction, heavy traffic or weather conditions.
Waiting Time is charged only if a request is made by the customer for the driver to wait at the Pickup or Drop-off Location. Out of Route Milage is charged when the customer requests additional Pickup/ Drop-off Locations not quoted in the Fixed Flat Rate™
Cancellations
Can we cancel the transport and is there a charge for the cancellations? We do not charge for a cancellation with notice. We understand sometimes things unexpectedly happen and there is need to cancel and reschedule appointments.
Please recognize that each trip on our schedule is a commitment of resources. All we ask is that you give us a courtesy call as soon as you know about the cancellation.
How do I cancel a trip? Contact us at our main phone number 630-715-3455. If it is after hours, leave a voice mail, text, or email us. Include the person’s name and date and time of the planned transport. We will acknowledge the cancellation via a text or email.
