Terms & Conditions

Our policies are based on common sense and are simple and straight forward.  If you have any questions, please let us know in advance of scheduling a transport and we will address your concerns.

Fixed Flat Rate™

Our Fixed Flat Rate™ quote includes a rate per mile, fuel, tolls, reasonable loading and unloading time. There are no additional charges for the time to complete the transport for delays caused by construction, heavy traffic or weather conditions.

Waiting Time is charged only if a request is made by the customer for the driver to wait at the Pickup or Drop-off Location. Out of Route Milage is charged when the customer requests additional Pickup/ Drop-off Locations not quoted in the Fixed Flat Rate™

Cancellations

Can we cancel the transport and is there a charge for the cancellations?  We do not charge for a cancellation with notice.  We understand sometimes things unexpectedly happen and there is need to cancel and reschedule appointments.

Please recognize that each trip on our schedule is a commitment of resources. All we ask is that you give us a courtesy call as soon as you know about the cancellation.

How do I cancel a trip?  Contact us at our main phone number 630-715-3455If it is after hours, leave a voice mail, text, or email us. Include the person’s name and date and time of the planned transport. We will acknowledge the cancellation via a text or email.

No-Show Fee

If the driver arrives at the pickup location and no one is transported there will be a No-Show Fee of half of the Fixed Flat Rate™ quoted.  The fee will be charged to the credit card used to make the reservation.

Insufficient Funds Fees

If a check is used for payment, we will collect credit card information as an alternate form of payment. We will assess the banks fees for insufficient funds checks used for payment.

Waiting Time

Our Flat Fix Rate™ is for one-way transits with a single pickup and drop off. Waiting Time for a pick-up or for a return from the drop-off destination is billed at $60 per hour in 15-minute increments. 

Out of Route Milage

Out of Route Milage for unscheduled pick-ups up or drop-off locations is billed at $2.50 per mile.

Bodily Fluid Cleanup

The credit card on file will be charged our cost and time to clean and sanitize the vehicle in the event of a bodily fluid or pet accident mishap.

Personal Items Left in the Vehicle 

We are not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle. We will do our best to identify and contact you to arrange for the return of the items.

Definitions…

Pickup Location is the agreed up on address where all riders gather prior to departure.

Drop-off Location is the address where the ride ends.

Transport Time is the amount of time needed to leave the Pick-up Location and reach the Drop-off Location.

Negotiated Contract Rates are developed for commercial accounts. 

Round Trip Milage is the total distance between the Pickup Location and the Drop-off Location and return by the driver to the original Pickup Location.

Out of Route Milage are any additional miles requested by the customer during a transport that are outside of the shortest route from the Pickup Location and delivery to the Drop-off Location and return to the Pickup Location.
