Our pricing model is simple … The cost for a one-way transport is determined by the amount of time and distance traveled.
- The greater distance traveled the higher the cost.
- The longer the time to complete the transport the higher the cost.
- The more people we transport per trip the lower the cost per person charged since we only charge for the distance and time and not the number of passengers or their luggage.
For pickups and returns to the same location the time needed to complete a transport can be unpredictable. To keep it simple and fair to our customers we include ½ hours of waiting time for pickups and drop-offs.
For “Communities We Serve Best” for we provide a Fixed Flat Rate to the destination. For all other communities we a single rate per mile from the pickup location to the destination.
Repeat Transports We provide discounts for repeat customers. We offer a negotiated Fixed Flat Rates and a punch card rewards program: After 10 Transports the 11th Ride is On Us!

We keep it simple for scheduled transports for the Communities We Serve Best by using a Fixed Rate Price* for frequent destinations. The price is the price and we do not use UBER & LYFT’s confusing multi-tier pricing model. There are no add on I-Pass charges, no credit card fees, no surcharges for the holidays, no loading charges for extra passengers or luggage, no fuel surcharge, pet transport charges, no multi vehicle options, and NO SURGE PRICING. The price is price is the same every day and doesn’t change, Period.
Our Fixed Rate Price is always better than UBER & LYFT’s Comfort and SUV pricing AND we offer both an additional cash discount of 5% for cash payments and a 10% discount loyalty program via our “11th Ride Is On Us” coupon card. They cannot offer these cost saving programs.
Cities/ Town Rates
We keep it simple for the 30 plus communities we serve in the Western Suburbs. Our rate is $2.50 per mile from the pickup point to the destination point. The price is the price and we do not use UBER & LYFT’s confusing multi-tier pricing model. There are no add on I-Pass charges, no credit card fees, no surcharges for the holidays, no loading charges for extra passengers or luggage, no fuel surcharge, pet transport charges and NO SURGE PRICING. The price is price, Period.
*Our Fix Rate Price is for one-way transits with a single pickup and drop off. Waiting time for pickup or for a return is billed at $60 per hour in 15-minute increments. Out of route milage for multiple pickups up or drop off locations is billed at $2.50 per mile.
