Fixed Flat Rate™

We keep it simple for scheduled transports for the Communities We Serve Best by using a Fixed Flat Rate™.  Our quotes are based on your unique trip requirements.  When you provide the appointment details we provide a Fixed Flat Rate™ for the transport.

Our Fixed Flat Rate™ is superior to LYFT & UBERs pricing.  In addition to our lower quoted price, we offer Additional Savings via a 5% Cash Discount, 10% Senior Discount, 10% Veteran Discount and a 10% Loyalty program. See the Discount & Loyalty Programs tab for details.

When you use either LYFT or UBER rideshare or limosines the price quoted will change. The multitier and equipment availably pricing are meant to confuse and upcharge the customer.  The final amount you pay is a moving target .  Unlike LYFT & UBER our Fixed Flat Rate™ DOES NOT change.  We DO NOT use:

• Use dynamic “surge” pricing algorithms that create variable pricing,
• Charge a pet transport fee,
• Charge for tolls,
• Charge a fuel charge,
• Charge an environment fee,
• Charge for a guaranteed scheduled pick-up time,
• Charge waiting time,
• Annoy you with constant popup advertising once they have phone and email address.

With the information you provide the Fixed Flat Rate™ we quote is the price, Period. There are no additional fee surprises when you arrive your destination.

Why are our Fixed Flat Rates™ always less than LYFT & UBER?  Both companies keep an average 35% or more of the fare you are charged. The driver is responsible for all expenses (tolls, fuel, insurance, etc.).  After expenses a driver will earn less than $10 per hour. 

Due to low pay and long hours, LYFT and UBER come and go. The companies’ quality of service and safety suffer since the customer never knows who is picking them up. We are locally owned and operated. See About Us to learn more.

Cities/ Town Rates

We keep it simple for the 30 plus communities we serve in the Western Suburbs. Our rate is $2.50 per mile from the pickup point to the destination point. If you are located outside of the Communities We Serve Best there may be an additional milage pickup charge.

Chicagoland Destinations 

We have created a Fixed Flat Rate™ for routine destinations from the Fox Valley Area to airports, sport stadiums and Chicagoland destinations.

*Our Fixed Flat Rate™ is for one-way transits with a single pickup and drop off. Waiting Time for a pickup or return is billed at $60 per hour in 15-minute increments. Out of route Milage for multiple pickups up or drop-off locations is billed at $2.50 per mile.
